Hang gliders and bicycles???

Whats your thoughts on this stuff??? Very scary IMO..

Get your boots on boys this upland thing is getting tougher every year.

Ryan.

One more thing it says is that your dogs have got to be under control in these wilderness areas....???

I have no problem with it. I think we need some more Wilderness areas around. Some places are to easy to access. Not only for upland but for big game as well.

I have mixed feelings, one of my favorite big game units is going no ATV next year and Im excited about it, however I'm not really sure if I like the "wilderness" designation. I would think there is easier ways to make sure its foot trafic or horse triffic. Cam

The worst part about it is that once the anti's get rolling they just keep rollin in.

I'm not sure that Wilderness = Anti's. You can do all sorts of things in a "wilderness area" except maybe destroy it.

I think most of these area are already wilderness they dont need a label to make them that. the next thing is there will be no hunting in these areas. Just hide and watch

I'm a fan of the wilderness designation. Keeps the wild places wild for our kids' kids. And

I spend lots of time in the wilderness, with my dog, and there's nothing better. The Wilderness Act started in 1964 and hunting is a strong part of the designation, so hunting isn't going anywhere. Just have to leave your hang glider at home.

Lots of info at http://wilderness.net/index.cfm.

How true you are.

These things are just the start of no hunting with dogs and so forth that the anti's are so crazy about.

I know I"m naive and simple but I can't see how this is in any way a threat to hunting (explain, connect the dots please...??) - if anything should make it better shouldn't it...? I got no problems gettin' into places under my own power and will. IMO, way to much easy access these days for the ATV's and, like alot of the activities we enjoy, the bad apples spoil it for those that do use them responsibly in permitted areas (which I also have no problem with and support).

6 bird limit is great also and pushing the season back - good stuff happenin' for huntin'. Just gotta get 'em to decrease to outta state licenses and we'll be golden...
